In an article by the National Institutes of Health titled, ‘Davidson Lectures on Benefits of Meditation,’ they talk about Dr. Davidson who has become famous for taking the Dali Lamas advice and testing EEG scans of daily meditators brains. And come up with a breakthrough discovery, otherwise considered impossible.
“Davidson recalled that in 1992, he was a faculty neuroscientist at Wisconsin and had established the university’s first lab on emotion and the brain when he had a career- and life-changing encounter: he met the 14th Dalai Lama of Tibet; the two remain friends and colleagues to this day.”

In an article by University of Wake Forest’s Counselling Department titled, The Difference ‘Between Feelings and Emotions’ they explain some rare and fascinating information on what emotions and feelings are from what current science tells us.
“Many people use the terms “feeling” and “emotion” as synonyms, but they are not interchangeable. While they have similar elements, there is a marked difference between feelings and emotions.”

Lesson 2 – Understanding The Subconscious and Conscious Mind
Brain science is extremely confusing as we just learned. The big takeaway is modern science doesn’t really understand the brain, and neuroscientists don’t even all agree on certain important concepts/definitions. They are focused on life threatening conditions. The ‘expert gurus’ know this and use it as a way of making it seem like regular people will never know the answers unless you get this course or book, and they are right. After going through many of these courses and books, I want to share everything I have learned that can help us improve our brain and more importantly, understand how and why we want to be improving our brain.
I always thought the brain was too complicated to learn about. But now I believe if you have a brain and don’t know how to use it, it’s the same thing as getting a new phone and having no idea how to use it. It will lead to frustration and impulsive action.
The bottom line is we are all influencing our brain with every action and thought we have. In fact our subconscious mind remembers every thought, feeling, action you have ever experienced. This subconscious or unconscious mind reacts to what we as the conscious aware mind choose, either from want, or safety. In fact most of our subconscious programs or emotional loops are set from age 5-12. After that most people will stay with the same subconscious programming and are disconnected from their ability to effectively create their life. Causing depression and addiction.
Neuroplasticity is all about changing the relationship with the outside world or our feelings and the subconscious and conscious mind.
Neuroscientists have learned everyone brain is predominantly in a certain frequency most of the day. A certain electromagnetic frequency or brain wave. They have learned there is a direct relationship between the happiness of your life, and the frequency you are mostly in all day. But since not being happy isn’t a serious medical issue, medical experts only apply this neuroplasticity information to people that have went through severe injuries or have brain disorders.
So how can we use this brain wave information and neuroplasticity information to influence our subconscious mind? To improve our lives.
Our brains are electrical energy receivers, just like our smart phones that can tap into different WiFi routers. And just like our phones our brains tap into one router at any time given time. Except our brain change routers based on our thoughts and feeling. Constantly changing from different Frequencies. Really our subconscious/animal brain is the one changing the stations based on what it wants us to think and feel. Neuroplasticity training helps us tune into the best router for the given task we are doing. Taking the power away from the subconscious.
Our nervous system effects our brains similar to our phones, how it is constantly blowing up with notifications or feelings for the nervous system. And just like our text messages our feelings trigger our actions. Good texts make us feel good and take positive action. Bad texts make us feel bad. Same with our nervous system.
Our brains are like a security room with 20 TVs looking at different important places. Our subconscious is the room itself, and the conscious is the security guard who chooses what to do and where to look.
There are 5 frequency levels on the electromagnetic frequency range, which correlates with our brain waves. They are- high gamma, gamma, beta, alpha, theta, delta and they are measured in hertz (Hz). High gamma (140 Hz<), Gamma (32hz-140) is when you are extremely focuses, only children, monks, and geniuses can hold the gamma state for more than a few seconds, unless you practice. Beta (20-31hz) is what 90% of us are operating in all the time. This is where the subconscious is fully online and working its hardest to maintain subconscious instructions. We are focused and alert. Alpha 8-12 Hz and Theta 4-8 Hz are where we are calm and relaxed, and the subconscious is as well. Delta (1-4hz) is full sleep state. When you wake up in the morning you are in delta, then theta, then alpha, then beta for most of the day, hitting gamma for 5 minutes in total. For some it’s as soon as the alarm clock goes off. Calm, relaxed, then remember all the stuff to do today and the subconscious is activated.
Activity feeling good or relaxed, instantly gets you in alpha, theta or even gamma. That is why, even if something bad happens and you feel bad, if you practice simply feeling good for no reason you can neutralize the emotions and bad feelings the subconscious wants you to feel. Feeling bad is natural, but letting ourself soak in negative thinking is what caused depression, regrets, and addictions.
To go a little deeper our brain reacts to our nervous system. There are many parts of our nervous system, but the parasympathetic and sympathetic system are helping neuroscientist understand the brain body connection. They have learned that the sympathetic system feels all our fear and pain. And our parasympathetic system feels all the love and relaxation. These systems have connections that go from everywhere in our body to our brain. When the feeling is triggered, a signal is sent to the brain to release chemicals based in that signal. If it is a bad feeling the brain produces cortisol, if it’s a good feeling the brain produces dopamine. I will talk more about the nervous system in the section title ‘Additional Science.’ But this proves how we do control how we feel, so we do control our brain chemistry. Let’s get back to how we can use information on brain waves to tap into these nervous systems.
Many experts have suggested programs to training your brain to switch to different frequencies at will. Each with a different process.
But I feel the actively feel-good button or relaxed button is effective because it’s not just a relaxing state but a creative, powerful, relaxed state. Its whatever you want. It’s similar to religion. When people pray, no matter what religion, it’s a little like feeling good for no reason. Except most people pray or talk to God in a state of separation from God. But when you feel good, feel satisfied, with no worries or guilt and do anything your passionate about, you are truly connecting with God, and can be empowered to not only take the best path for yourself but for humanity. It’s said that God or the Universe connects with us through high gamma frequencies. So, the more you can feel good for no reason, the more ‘God’ energy you can hold. Scientists have confirmed gamma is when we are very happy, and productive.
Children from 3-7 are in gamma all the time. Then 8-12 alpha. Then from 13-100 were in beta 90% of the day with old subconscious instructions and fears from childhood controlling our life.
Another shortcut to gamma and alpha is feeling like a child does. Not identifying, just feeling. This is the end result feeling of everything we want in life. Total satisfaction, total acceptance of now moment, open mind ready to create anything. Powerful commanding attention. But still being the “adult” you are now. This is the real secret. Billionaires spend all day playing on boats, cars, planes, playing with pretty girls all day. Like children. So before you think that makes no sense to feel like a child. That’s what billionaires aim to feel like. If you allow yourself to feel like this for 10 seconds, you will notice you instantly connect your peaceful nervous system which will bring mental calmness. Because the subconscious just lost it power. It only turns to high gear when we are tapped into the ‘pain’ nervous system. This calmness in the parasympathetic system is also very important for digestion.
When you can feel and get into this child mind state with infinite possibilities and no judgement or fears, you instantly become a super creator. Then when you go back to the real work with this mindset instead of thinking I can’t to that… your mindset will, be “I’ve never done that what’s the worst that can happen”.
In this child/ feel good state you embrace your full power. You will notice how you talk to people and your daily actions will naturally change if you can hold this state inside.
Unfortunately, most people older than 35 cannot even let their subconscious mind feel anything that isn’t in the subconscious instructions. So comfortable with their current life and problems it’s become the norm. Science believes we get out of gamma state as children because we are maturing, I feel that is dead wrong and it’s really because that’s when we start to be constantly judged and forced to submit to society, unless you want to run away from home. This is when we drop into beta, from fear, and we let the subconscious mind coast us to an average life 40 years later…If we are lucky. Many of us, like me, from a young age get stuck in beta, our parents are emitting beta waves, the school, social life, and it can become terrifying to step into alpha, and just feel good for no reason. We will make up any excuse to stay where we are. Then from all the stress, we develop bad habits, seeking satisfaction from the external world. Over time our life will start to loop, making no progress, no real growth, slowly going down the road of depression and regrets, drowning in horrible feelings every day. Eventually addicted to the brain chemicals from feeling bad.
Let’s look at some limiting beliefs or ‘bad feelings’ everyone has especially Americans (because I’m American). As we know each culture will generally have different limiting beliefs.
Making money is hard – Money is just a measurement of value. So it’s not hard, you just don’t feel valuable enough to have lots of money.
Life is hard – False, life is whatever you choose it to be. Unless your born in a 3rd world country.
I need to do what everyone else is doing- You can if you want. But don’t have to. Just be yourself.
Sex is a big deal – sex is a biological act ALL animals do. Not a big deal at all. It can be a fun and big part of our life, but not an ultimate goal, or reason to have low/high confidence.
I’m ugly/different – 8 billion people on earth. Unless you are 20 ft tall, have blue skin, or scales, you are 100% a normal human and are worthy of everything you want.
Being in good physical shape is painful and difficult- Honestly kind of true. But with discipline and a plan it can be easy and fun.
I can’t feel good unless there’s something to be proud about- This is survival-based belief that fuels jealousy and competition. We don’t need this mindset anymore. In fact now the better we feel the better our life will get because we will take positive action.
Now we know what our neighbors are more self-conscious about let’s go over ways we can change these outdated limiting beliefs and install new high tech software.
This information is so crucial for a truly happy life, with this information we don’t have to judge ourselves and take our regrets personally. Or limit ourselves in the infinite ways we do. We can actually take control, and ‘almost’ become a superhuman.
This information has changed my life, and many others. But since it is so complicated, yet so simple, it confuses us and the only people that end up learning about it are unsatisfied people like me, or successful powerful people who have huge responsibility’s and need to be able to operate at a very high level.
Let’s change that and make this information popular for everyone to understand and use. That is the goal of this book.
Now let’s get into the tools or processes we have to work out our brain like our biceps.
The Feel Good Formula
This is the Feel-Good Formula, which is a process similar to the ones I learned over the years. Like the manifestation experts, this process focuses on the gamma state of feeling good and relaxed, and taking action. We can do this at any time of day, in our head. The other processes involve spending around 10 minutes a day of relaxing meditations. And hopefully over time you will be able to change your mindset, and life.
This is something that can be used if your very depressed or you just want to step out of your comfort zone to achieve a goal.
Successful Life = FGR<6-10 + Daily Passion Action + Self Compassion
First, we need to understand our special variable that we can change. This is our feel-good rate (FGR). This is the rate we feel good/relaxed throughout the day. It works like any scale going from 1-10. We choose where we are at. To start off practice feeling good from 6-10. 1 being super bad. 5 being bad. 6 being good. 10 being super good. Think of a special time/person/place or if you’re feeling good already, great. Monitor that. Focus on the feeling. Focus on holing that feeling for no reason for at least 30 seconds. We should feel it in our body through our nervous system. We want to relax and tap into the parasympathetic nervous system that allows our conscious mind to overpower our subconscious mind. So they can work together.
Step 1– Establish Base Line Feel Good Rate (FGR)
If you can focus and control that good feeling for 30 seconds, we can move on to step 2. We don’t need to be feeling good at first just being aware of how you are feeling as we go through will help you see where you’re at.
Another feeling to use is the feeling of nothing or peaceful/relaxed. This will also trigger the peaceful nervous system. I like to think of level 6 as peaceful/calm.
The idea is feeling good/relaxed triggers the parasympathetic nervous system, which easily allows our brain to go into whatever frequency we want. Because the subconscious is ‘sedated’ with calm and positive feelings. When the subconscious is relaxed our conscious mind can reprogram it, or have power over it. This is called nervous system regulation. When we actively regulate our nervous system instead of life controlling our feelings and action.
Step 2 – Identify limiting belief/ Old Subconscious Instructions
Next, we think of two fears or bad feeling that prevent us from feeling good and taking action. Or what do you want in life but decided you can’t have? Does that make you feel good?
For example, some common ones are.
I’m so fat, and can’t loose weight.
I’m so broke and always will be.
I’m not good enough for that.
I’m insecure about my body.
I get angry around certain people.
Write them out on paper.
Now let’s plug in the formula.
Step 3– Choose a limiting belief (bad feeling).
Start with a small one. Instead of going for a painful one first, go for one that just makes you feel uncomfortable or annoyed.
Pick 1 of them.
Ex 1. I’m insecure about my body.
Ex 2. I’m broke and always will be.
Step 4– Find Origin and understand its innocence/ have compassion.
Try to see in your past where you developed this limiting belief. Don’t try to hard it should come right to you if your open and relaxed. If not don’t worry. Try to just have compassion for your fear if you can’t think of anything.
Ex. 1—I remember realizing how my body Is different from a movie.
Ex. 2– When I was a younger my parents never let me buy anything at the store.
Ex. 3—I don’t know why I feel this way, but I have compassion and understand I don’t need to feel this way anymore.
Step 5– Rewire/ Override
Politely and powerfully observe this bad feeling the subconscious developed, thank it for teaching you a life lesson, and protecting you. Instruct the subconscious that it doesn’t need this old instruction anymore.
Allow yourself to feel safe while thinking about this belief. Safe in all ways possible.
Now write two positive replacement that make you feel good or better.
I’m insecure about my body.
-My body is perfect. It is safe for me to look really good.
-Everyone’s body is different, accept it. It is safe to accept how I look right now.
I’m broke and will always be.
-I can easily make money. It is safe for me to have a lot of money.
-I’ve learned so much about myself being broke. I’m going to be a boss when I’m rich and do a lot of great things. It is safe for me to be who I really am.
Step 6 – Installation
Relax and visualize a colorful new wire or connection being installed in your brain. Let yourself not only feel safe but worthy of this upgrade. This will trigger the parasympathetic nervous system creating a new neuropathway and subconscious program about this goal.
Spend 2- 5 minutes feeling this new upgrade.
Step 7 – Daily Upgrades
Now that your brain and body have downloaded new synapses, it’s time for you and your higher mind insure a smooth transition.
For that you need to practice actively feeling good or tapped into the parasympathetic nervous system. This is usually done by focusing on your breath(meditation) and allowing yourself to get creative. A shortcut is to feel overly safe and protected in all ways. But you can also think of a time, person, feeling that makes you feel good or safe.
If you can actively feel good/relaxed/safe for one minute you and your higher mind are ready to insure a smooth transition.
For this you want to sit quietly and listen to your mind, as soon as you see old bad feeling coming up observe it and choose to actively feel good/relaxed/safe within three seconds. Then repeat the new belief as many times as you want. In this new safe feeling. This activates the parasympathetic nervous system, and connects it to the new belief. So your ready to take action in the right direction when the time comes.
This is to prevent your nervous system from doing the usual and sending stress chemical to your whole body.
If it worked you should be able to still have that bad thought in your mind, but not feel bad.
Now throughout your day practice this, whenever you see the bad feeling start to come up. Observe and override. Now you’re in mission control.
This process is to trick the subconscious to remove resistance from what action you want to take. Over time this will become new subconscious instructions connected with your nervous system and you will easily be able to shift to whoever you want to be, or do whatever you want.
This was a fundamental walk through. I have written practice later in the book. The rest of this chapter will help us find our bad feelings. We want to know the deepest and core bad feeling that prevent us from doing and feeling how we truly want. The rest of this chapter are ways that will help us to dig up the deepest limiting beliefs and tools to remove it as easily and fast as possible.
Lesson 3 – Tools For Neuroplasticity Training
Emotion Mediations/ Affirmations
What are feelings? Well, they are chemical reactions to our focused mind, and they affect our body and mental states.
Emotions are just subconscious programming set to keep us alive, and safe.
Our conscious mind reacts with neurotransmitters in our brain that release biochemicals throughout our brain and body all throughout the day.
Yes, we can let the external world determine how we feel, keep life comfortable and safe. Or we can practice mastering our emotions and control our whole life, and world around us. Evolving to the next level of human. A super creator.
The battle over our positive feelings against the subconscious animal minds emotional outbursts is the oldest battle in human history. It is the hole in our pocket that has led so many to lose a sense of control over these emotions and operate like animals, I know I did. That’s because I was never told about any of this information. But knowing what we know now about neuroplasticity and the quantum field, we can use these emotions and feelings as tools to reverse engineer a successful, happy life.
Ultimately in life we want to feel a certain emotion as the ultimate end result.
“I’ll feel so successful/free/good when I’m rich.”
“I’ll feel so happy and loved when I meet the love of my life.”
But unfortunately, this mindset is completely delusional. Because to our subconscious mind your basically saying, I want to gain muscle and burn fat… but I think I’ll get some fast food tonight. Our subconscious mind will remain afraid of the feelings we think success or whatever will bring us, until you can allow yourself to feel them for no reason.
Speaking with compassion and unconditional love, calms your subconscious mind and lets your conscious mind see where the trauma instructions came from. So when we forgive everyone involved, most importantly ourself, it can instantly remove subconscious programming.
Our words are powerful, they emanate vibrational energy. Speaking in love and speaking fear create a wave of vibration all around us and into the Earth and Universe. It’s said that when we speak positive words, we can melt away stagnant and negative energy attached to us. Negative energy can be attached to us by traumas, people around us or some say events in past lives.
Our subconscious is listening to us as all times, our nervous system is listening to us all the time, our energy body and cells reacts to our words. So, saying compassionate things to yourself is a way of releasing subconscious traumas/instruction that are harder to identify.
Feeling compassion/ innocence was also one of the highest pikes in EEG measurements. Practicing just feeling compassionate for yourself is another way to instantly go to alpha, theta or even gamma.

I’m sorry they didn’t accept you.
I’m sorry they made you scared to feel good.
I’m sorry you haven’t found love.

Doing daily compassion meditation/affirmations can be one of the easiest ways to shift to action mode in life. I have much more information and practice on feelings later. This invites a sense of safety for the subconscious.
Exploring Visualization
Visualizing is something we do all the time, but unfortunately, we only do it when we have something scary to do. All visualizing is, is thinking about something you want to do or must do. The secret is how our subconscious operates on imagery feedback loops. While you know its fake, it is 100% real to the subconscious.
To go deeper into feeling our new identity we can visualize what our life would look like. Be specific, colors, objects, places, people. Go through a movie seen in your mind. The goal is to be able to see yourself in this identity and not feel like it’s a big deal. This makes the subconscious more comfortable taking action over time by removing the subconscious resistance. Its similar to a child terrified to go in a room, until you open the door and turn the lights on and say “see there’s nothing to worry about, the child will continue to scream.”
Self-Hypnosis
Self-Hypnosis is one of the best ways to get into alpha or theta for these practices. And it’s just a relaxation process. The dangerous part we all know about only comes in the suggestion phase we have seen in movies with someone strapped to a chair watching some suggestive program. But we will be instructing positive actions and thoughts. This is the simple hypnosis and self-hypnosis format. This is focused on self-hypnosis. Which is helpful because when we instruct ourselves to do something the subconscious isn’t questioning anything, we have already made a choice consciously.
Instructions- Getting in the mood/ setting the tone/ getting into a relaxed state
Deepen- going deep into relaxation by commanding your focus through words/body/surrounding.
Suggestions- now we can create new neural pathways by repeating a statement of focusing on a feeling. Whatever you want. hypnotherapists have an order of questions and a bunch of different science inspired ways get us thinking different. But most of them are operating with the mindset of solving a problem. The trick is to not have this problem-solving mindset. You’re just working out because you like to, then we will really stay in alpha/theta for the suggestions phase, and empower our conscious mind.
Emergence- way of getting out of the hypnosis.
Ideally, we want to practice removing limiting beliefs, holding gamma state of high focus, and being able to get into, alpha, theta, or gamma quickly, and tap into different feelings (our nervous system)
This is quick example of self-hypnotizing yourself before doing a brain practice/ subconscious installation.

Deepening
I feel this relaxation moving throughout my body.
From my brain to my chest, to my arms, to my stomach, to my legs.
As I take a deep breath in and breathe out, I drop into a deeper relaxation.

Suggestions– Still be instructing. One step ahead of the subconscious always.

Now count to ten, open your eyes, stay in this relaxed state and write 5 action steps you can do right now to accomplish this goal or a next step.
This is just a quick example of how you can use these tools while being in alpha/theta, and start coming up with ideas at the end. Over time we can end the hypnosis/mediation in gamma state ready to take action in life without subconscious barking about this or that. I will go over more about self-hypnosis.
Mantras/Affirmations
Mantras are an ancient way of saying consciousness upgrades. And translated to ‘mind tool’ in the ancient India language Sanskrit which is one of the oldest languages in the world and still spoken today. This was done literally religiously for thousands of years in multiple religions like Buddhism and Hinduism and is even seen in Islam, Christianity and more. It’s a powerful statement that affirms a feeling or belief. Some will make you feel emotional. Those are the ones you want to spend time on and try to identify limiting beliefs. They used this ancient practice to convince our subconscious that it is safe to take action, and would repeat these for hours daily in some cases. So, get creative, we are all different. Whatever makes you feel good or better is where you want to go in the direction of.

I am cared for by the universe and humanity.
Chakras
Chakras are energy centers in our body they hold emotions and trauma. Modern science does not have too much research on this, but it is very known throughout spiritual practices and eastern cultures. Each chakra correlates to a feeling/emotion when these feeling are free to be expressed and energy can flow through you are fully in power over your subconscious mind.
Emotional Feedback Upgrades
This concept is very similar to what I’ve been talking about but instead of changing the feelings of the current moment, this idea neuroscientist have developed is that we can change we can feel in the future.
Our brain is wired to have a preestablished feeling when certain instructions come up, to keep us alive. Like when someone steps out in front of you and screams, we have established scare alarm. When we see someone, we really love we get happy and even cry. When we know we have something scary to do our body literally heats up with anticipation of the outcome. This is just old programming that we installed as kids mostly. Some keep us alive; others block our success. So not only are we installing emotions/feelings, but we install emotional feedback loops. Some are for survival, but many of them we can edit and add too.
Some non-life-threatening emotional loops are…

Lesson 4 – Manifestation Tools and Processes
Creator Formula
From a scientific point of view manifestation or creation is about removing subconscious resistance to your goals and install new subconscious instructions. From a spiritual/quantum perspective, the universe doesn’t give you want you want, but instead what you believe your worth and should have. Both involving removing limiting beliefs and installing new instructions. There are many ways people go about doing this but the step-by-step process below has principles I have seen commonly across many resources. I also have different information around manifestation that will help you get a big picture view.
Now that you understand how the subconscious brain works it’s time to learn how to create or as some call manifest.
We still are using the tool of feeling good or relaxed for nor reason. Tapping into the peaceful (parasympathetic) nervous system.
Think of a goal or challenge you have. Or had. Start with a very simple one,
Ex. 1—I want to go on a walk/to the gym.
Ex. 2—I want to go grocery shopping.
Step 1 – Gratitude For the Present Moment
Feel grateful for what currently you have in life, and for yourself. 2-5 minutes.
Know you are worthy and ready for more in life. 2-5 minutes
If you can’t feel gratitude or worthy of more, that means your subconscious doesn’t feel safe with this goal already, and rewiring limiting beliefs is recommended before continuing.
Step 2 – Creating the Void
Feel the excitement, feelings and all the motivation you have about this goal.
See yourself doing what you need to accomplish this goal. See the challenges in your way. See yourself doing these challenges.
If any negative thoughts come up actively feel good within three seconds. Then rewire them in the simplest way until you feel the bad feeling disappear. This is to activate the parasympathetic nervous system to calm the subconscious mind(activate alpha/theta state). Then your subconscious is ready to be rewired for this new goal.
If this seems overwhelming it will take more time.
Step 3 – Quantum Jump
Stay in this state until you can actively feel good while thinking about this goal for 15 minutes or more. The longer the better. There should be no emotional pain involved, if there is, you still have subconscious resistance.
How will it feel?
What is your day like?
We want to be brutally honest with how this goal would feel. This shows us how much resistance we have from our subconscious. As we get more honest, more compassionate, we peel away the resistance and see it all as outdated beliefs. Now we have momentum to proceed in the action we want to take in life. And we should start to feel confident that this is possible.
Step 4 – Make The Goal Safe
Know this universal energy/ God will manifest your goal at the perfect time if it in your highest good. Or in science terms, have confidence in your conscious mind, and don’t let doubt from subconscious try to keep you in same actions.
Step 5 – Express/Feel Gratitude
Be grateful for the universal energy/ God. Know that this goal is on its way to you in a way much better than you can possibly imagine. If doubt arises choose to override and actively feel good.
Step 6 -Action/Daily Practice
Now you need to take consistent actions steps to accomplish this goal. Without focusing on the outcome, you want. This keeps you open to the universe’s guidance. Follow what excites you to move forward with this goal. If nervousness arises remember to obverse and override with good feelings in 3 seconds.
In terms of modern neuroplasticity research, this is giving your subconscious mind a chance to become comfortable, and fire synapses making this goal not looks so overwhelming for your brain.
In terms of universal spiritual tin foil hat science and quantum physics, this process connects you with universal energy/quantum field/matrix by merging that reality that you just manifested in your mind, to the physical world around you. Shifting your identity and with it your physical reality.
I will go over more of the formulas and graphs in the Progress Tracker section. I realized these fancy graphs, formula, and ways of tracking data, to make money can be used to track our progress in neuroplasticity training. This makes it real. Just how money makes life’s problems so real. When we emotionlessly track data and take high probability investments, we make money. This is what all major companies do all the time.

Life Force Energy
The air we breathe is said to be more than just oxygen, ancient monks in China called it chi, Shamon’s in India called in prana, Christiaan said the holy spirt. They translate to life force energy. Many have even claimed that this energy is God himself, or an extension of universal energy. And this energy is here to help us create the life we want. But to be open to receive this energy and insight we have to tune into it. Simply by feeling good. This shows the energy you are ready to expand your energy fields and connects you to the quantum field/spiritual world of infinite possibilities.
So knowing now how powerful this energy is, let’s take some deep breaths.
At around 5 breaths try visualizing energy going into your lower back while you breath in.
Now try moving this energy down to your lower body when you breath out.
Feel it filling up your body.
Now direct this energy up to your brain.
In from the upper back and up through the neck to the back of your head to the top of your head to your forehead and gently down your face.
After a few breaths and you can feel it filling up, let it out through the top of your head.
Continue to breath in through the back and out though the top of your head. As your breath feel this energy reinforcing the new update you just installed. You may feel a tingling.
The idea is that this energy is always trying to help us, but we must choose to let it.
When we are open to this energy reacting with our body it will help our body physically.
Frequencies/Music
As I said our brain have certain frequencies. With music we can tune our brain frequencies to alpha and theta. Since humans have been around music has been an influential part our human life. Different instruments have been invented on all corners of the world. From drums, flutes, bells, singing, string instruments and more. Humans love music. We love music because we love being in the alpha and theta brain states. It instantly calms our subconscious, and we are carelessly humming or singing. Today we can take advantage of modern technology and play certain frequencies to get us in alpha and theta.

High Gamma/Gamma – One of the most popular ranges of frequency listened to. Great for clearing stagnant energy in body and energy field since it vibrates so high and transmutes lower frequencies. Associated with divine consciousness and oneness with the Universe/God/Christ Consciousness.
Bliss, abundance, creativity, awakening, wisdom, peace, oneness with god/universe.
Beta – Beta frequencies are uncommon to listen to because due to its close relation with subconscious instructions. But it is really just a state of active concentration and focus since it is higher than alpha. The problem is we are focusing on subconscious programming. But beta frequencies are recommended for focusing on work and getting things done.
Concentration, focus, alternates,
Alpha- alpha is where we start getting relaxed, and as we know the subconscious starts to fall asleep. This is a very common frequency, especially for neuroplasticity training and manifestation. Alpha and theta help align us to take positive action.
Theta – very popular for coming up with ideas, due to studies that show the subconscious is almost fully asleep. So, the real you will show up when we do a brain exercise. The problem is that most of only have sleep on the mind when we are in theta. Experts are proving that this is one of the most important states we want to train ourselves to get into to be as effective as we can in life, and stay on the best path.
Delta – delta is popular for falling asleep and having “astral projections” which are wild dreams, where you are awake but dreaming. Our brain needs to be in delta for a full healthy sleep. So people with trouble sleeping listen to delta.
Manifesting Love
So from a manifestation standpoint, if you want a special relationship, feel it.
Fell what it would feel like.
Whole/satisfied/loved?
Valuable/attractive/?
Fun/peaceful/ powerful/ confidence
Compassionate/ innocent/exposed/vulnerable
Pleasured/pleasurable/connected.
Feel these feeling now, so you are ready for that special someone that does instantly make you feel these feelings. Over time make it will feel like no big deal to have the love of your life. To feel worthy and deserving to live happily with someone else, or alone.
Emotion and Feeling Practice
How do you feel? It’s a common question asked in America. Probably, out of the 300 million people, it was said a million time in the past 10 minutes. And most of the responses are a synthetic good or an honest “ok.” But we 100% CONTROL HOW WE FEEL. How is this possible. This is because our subconscious mind doesn’t care how we feel. It just wants us to stay alive. Its fine with us feeling terrible all day and doing things that hurt us in the long run. Makes no difference. In fact, it realizes feeling terrible is a safe feeling, and negative actions lead to feed and shelter. It will work to encourage behavior that make you feel terrible daily. This isn’t mean or evil or unfair, it’s the reality of nature and life on earth. Now that we understand this, we can evolve our consciousness. Simply by connecting the feelings we want with actions and goals we want. Creating a new emotional state of bliss.
We now understand the emotions are the same as subconscious programming. They are literally just a subconscious reaction loop; some are good for us; some are bad for us. But all our emotions have been installed by us at a younger age. This explains why we are all not the same person. Not to be rude, but animals are relatively all the same. They have almost the same limiting beliefs as those around them. “I like grass, don’t like the farmer, life’s pretty amazing.” But they are locked in a pen all day. Now think of the millions of different emotional limiting beliefs emanating out a high school… every hour. And these kids are living in the best time to ever be alive. With more technology than ever. It because we program ourselves to have emotional reactions. “I hate school, school makes me feel bad, teachers make me mad, I’m not good at math, girls won’t like me, I need food” what feelings connect to these negative emotions? Bad ones or feelings of survival. This is because as conscious beings our prime concern is to fit in and survive. We will adopt the same emotional responses as the people around us, our parents mostly. But we can upgrade these emotions to better ones, for free. Here are some tools we can use to do this.
This is a little tricky because our emotions almost end up as our identity. So changing them can bring a lot of resistance. So we can start by getting back to the mindset of exploring the world of feeling.

Practice For Upgrading Beliefs
Now let’s get into some practice. This is simple process where all you need is focus, an open mind, and an understanding of neuroplasticity research.
Try to feel good for 2 minutes, then write down some goals you want in life, long-term and short-term. Just to practice with.
Examples of upgrades for limiting beliefs
Goal— I want a lot of money.
Limiting belief– I will never have lots of money, because making money is hard.
New belief—I am rich.
New belief – I have more than enough money.
New belief – making money is easy for me.
New belief – Even when I fail, I learn, and will make 5x the money in the end.
Goal— I want to get ripped.
Limiting belief—I can’t lose wight and will be fat forever.
New belief—I know how to lose weight and its easy for me.
New belief – I’m going to look so good in a month.
New belief— I’m in great shape now.
New belief— I choose to be healthy.
